Overall a good product

The drying time is longer than we would hope but obviously it depends on what is in the dryer and how full it is. May be good to have recommendations on load size and optimal / most productive use.

I love this unit. It gets the job done, is quiet, and very efficient, as well as fitting into a very small space quite well. It replaced energy efficient washer and dryer units that kept breaking down the whole 8 years I had them. I was skeptical at first about going back to an agitator format, but since it doesn't beat the clothes to death with the agitator, I was quite delighted.

This is a great machine that does not take up much space. We have a first floor laundry and it is very quiet. I would buy again.

I don't have a lot of room in my condo for a full size washer and dryer. This unit fits the bill . My first GE lasted 22 years. Looking forward to happy years ahead with this new unit.

I think we bought a lemon

I used the washer/dryer 2 times, then the nightmare began. We are waiting for the repairman to install 3 (three) parts. Imagine having to install a new mother board for the computer, the lid lock and wax motor something. Can't wait to see if this solves the problem and I can use the washer/dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this to replace a stackable, full-size Maytage Neptune washer and dryer. The washer was very problematic over the years. I was concerned about capacity issues with this stacked laundry center but it actually holds MORE than our old, expensive, fancy stackable units. It's a bit loud in the wash cycle, but performs flawlessly. No gimmicks or complicated features, just washing and drying reliably.
