It does the job well

I didn't think it could wash a normal size load when I first saw it. But it as large as a stand alone washer. Saves on electricity and space. Washes and drys very well. I'm happy with the product.

Not Happy with GE Machine

I purchased this machine in May 2015, in September, washer started to make noise.
All new parts were ordered with the exception of the outer shell.
Today December 1st the ordered parts were picked up from my house because 3 separate mechanics have not been able to do the repairs. The motor bearings burned up and I was told these machines have this problem. I rate my machine a 0.

GE STACKABLE WASHER AND GAS DRYER

Extra large loads

It can be a bit noisy at times for the wash cycle, but no problems with the drying cycle. Only problem is that it is deeper than my closet, so my accordion door had to be popped out to a swing open door. Not handy, but at least I can close the closet. I do like the larger wash bowl. The next smallest unit was tiny.

Three plus stars Large capacity for a small space

I've only had this unit for a few weeks and have used it three times. The auto-sensor for laundry load does not adequately sense the amount of water that is actually needed
I do like the various options. The dryer so far so good.
