It's a sturdy mount and will hold an iphone 6s plus WITH mophie battery case on it. however, if placed on the winshield, it obstructs part of the view. Trying to find a spot on the winshield where it doesn't get in the way.

This is a terrible product! I'm an uber driver so it is a must to have a phone mount somewhere in your car. This is not the product to buy if you need a reliable one, that's for sure! The first one I got lasted about 3 weeks before it fell apart when I was trying to open it to get my phone out of it. I took it back and Best Buy exchanged it for free just to make me a satisfied customer. This one I have now had it about 3 weeks and when you press the button to expand it open, the plastic gears inside are staring to not work properly so it isn't wanting to open up. Ugh! Such a waste of money!! Do yourself a favor and buy a different product that won't actually fall apart after a few weeks! Even though I'm an uber driver I put it in the holder at the start of the night and pull it out at the end. So I'm not opening and closing it over and over. It's just in general a junk product.
