The product idea is good. The execution poor. The part of the device on which the phone holder slides onto eventually became unscrewed and the spring fell out. It looked like a simply repair. Just screw the spring back into place. It was never the same. It kept coming undone.

This item is not too bad for the price, I guess. Anyway I had a minor issue with its suction cup. I could never get it to stay stuck on the windshield. And when I left it stuck on the windshield over night, I usually would find it on the floor of my car the next day. So, I started to pour a little water enough to cover the sticky portion and stick it on the windshield, and it seemed to work a little better. The rotating head would also come off sometimes. It can get a little annoying to put the head piece back on or re-stick the suction cup on the glass while driving.
