Thank you for your email. The PHW-203-BL is best used on windshields. Unfortunately this mount has a plastic suction. The dash mounts we carry use a tacky suction to adhere to the dashboard best. The flexible neck of the PHW-203-BL is very stiff when it comes out of the package. You will need to use a little force when bending the flexible arm.
