Horrible, don't even bother

Took this out to my car after purchasing and it wouldn't even stay on the windshield. The "arm" that crease the suction had about 1/2" of travel which was strange. Turned right around and returned it 5 minutes later -- big disappointment.

Works pretty well. Wide enough for iPhone 6 Plus. Can be used portrait or landscape. Only issue is you have to stretch out the grips to widest setting to grab the phone well and set it in the cradle just right, otherwise after a couple bumps while driving the phone can bounce out.

I bought this to hold a very lightweight piece against my window to the left of my steering wheel. It rests on the dashboard to keep it stable and although the flexibility and the sturdyness of the adjustable shaft is excellent, the suction cup and the brace that holds your phone/item is cheap and falls apart. For $30+ I could have made a much better purhase as this thing is always falling off my window. Buy a better one!
