Doesn't Suck (That's not Good)

I bought this in the fall when the weather was rather mild. As we got more in to colder weather, the suction cup became rather hard and wouldn't hold to the windshield any longer. In addition the pad is rather large, making it impossible to grab smaller areas on the dash. Kinda feel like I wasted my money.

This is the second time I have tried this particular mount for phones I have ownes. I am not in love with this product. It is clunky and actually does not work very well with my phone, although I was told by the sales rep that others love it. I just wish someone would think outside the box and design something easier to manage.
I would recommend this one because I know of no other product that isn't as clunky.
