This was a replacement for another one of these phone carriers that snaps into your window with a suction cup: the first when I got actually came from Walmart and was a better quality than this particular one. The phone itself is always dropping out of the holder and it really annoys me because I drive for Uber and it's ridiculous the phone will not stay in this holder! I may have to just go back to Walmart and get another one from there!
