Excellent price point and well made, grips iPhone 5 firmly. long arm is good for deep dashboards and suction cup locks onto clean windshield very well, no drop-off yet!. long arm does flex for easy adjustment but does shake a bit on uneven road surfaces.

It's a pretty good tool for keeping your phone where you can see it while you're driving. My biggest complaints are:

1) it's hard to charge all types of phones while it's cradled. The charger hooks up find with my Note, but my wife's S5 cannot be cradled and charging at the same time.
2) it's very hard to understand the person on the other line while speaker is on and it's in the mount. Bluetooth speakers/ear piece connect just fine, but if we don't have a speaker or Blue Ant, speaker isn't going to cut it for anyone else in the car to hear. It also has a problem with the mike picking up the speaker to hear on the other end.
