Purchased just before a cross-country trip. After 2000 miiles and a couple of weeks driving back and forth to work, the foam padding on the lower left is already coming off. Also, since it is a generic unit, you have to plug and unplug the phone every time.

I'm sure this is made for sticking to windshields but I don't want my view blocked by a phone... I tried sticking it to my dash and it fell right off. I returned it.

We purchased this after our other one broke. This was a different brand and very cheaply made. It pops off in the plastic pole but holds the phone in place..if you can keep it together. Super glue is a thought, but I shouldn't have to do this.

We have a new vehicle and my old vent mount bracket would no longer work. I purchased this but was very unhappy with it. I keeps falling off the window and I could not reach my phone. I also could not get used to using it with my left hand. I missed the window of opportunity to take the item back so now I am stuck with it. Going to start shopping Amazon exclusively going forward.
