My husband and I both have one of these. I have found it to be not as user friendly as I might have hoped. Maybe it is the way my car stereo is set up - I don't have as many controls as many autos do - because my husband, in his Honda, doesn't have any trouble with his. I find that it is difficult to find a blank frequency and that there is often interference on the frequency that I do use to listen to my music. Also the volume is lower than it is with the regular stereo. However, it does indeed give me the chance to listen to my ipod in the car and mostly works fine. There aren't too many other options out there right now for this type of thing.
What's great about it: Definitely can listen to your Ipod in the car
What's not so great: Not as user friendly as I would like

This unit is simple to use. We got one for long road trips. My wife uses it mostly and likes it. Our car has the antenna way in back (it being a station wagon) and at first it had static. I moved it further towards the rear of the car and it cleared up.
What's great about it: simple to use and scan for free station

i bought this so i would not have to use cds any more. i will never go back to cds. i liked it so much i got one for my friend and she loves it and uses it all the time. i would highly pick this iTrip Auto FM Transmitter for Apple® iPod over any other one. this is great and you well love it with the first use.
What's great about it: you plug it in and go. it charges the ipod nad plays it at the same time.
What's not so great: Once in a great while the radio station will get a stronger reading so it will go from the radio to the ipod

I have been using this transmitter for 2 months now. I has some quirks but as long as I honor them, it works just fine. No static even in the downtown area. For the price, this is a good product.

I've had this product for a few months.. it worked pretty well but then its like one of the wires came loose or something because now i have to hold the wire in a particular postion to get the sounds to come out right, otherwise there is alot of static... kind of annoying, i wouldnt buy this product again

Despite the description saying it works with iPhone, it doesn't. I hooked it up and got a pop up on my iPhone saying it wasn't compatible and I wouldn't be able to receive calls.

I love this thing. I use it everytime I am in my car. I never listen to the radio anymore. I have had this for about two years and have left it in my car throughout the winters and it has help up fine. Well worth the money.

This item is only partially compatible with the newest iPod Nano. It will play it through your radio (if you can get past the static), but your iPod will say "Charging not supported with this accessory" or something like that. If you move the iPod around the car and hold it in different positions like an old antenna, you can control the static, but who wants to bother with that?
What's great about it: None Really
What's not so great: Doesn't Charge Newest Nano / Static
