This was an aweful purchase decision.
Aweful static no matter what empty station is used. Have to play around with it and hold it in a awkward position to have any success. The smallest change in position or bump in road ruins all progress and have to hunt for signal again.
What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: unable to get signal
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

easy to plug in but it doesnt work so it negates its purpose.
What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: everything it doesnt connect to a clear station every little shift garuntd to mess up the little static music u did have

This thing is a gigantic waste of money. It's supposed to find the clearest station, but it doesn't. Either the iPod plays with a bunch of static in the background, or it plays whatever is on the radio without playing the iPod at all. For example, today the FM transmitter said that 89.5 FM was the clearest channel. When I turned to that channel, it just played the music that was on the radio. I checked all the wiring on the FM transmitter, and it was all connected. So I guess this thing simply doesn't work. If I could give this product a zero, I would. All this thing does is plug in easily. Who pays $70 for something that only plugs in? If I didn't tell people not to buy this hunk of junk, I'd be doing a great disservice to all of you.
What's great about it: Easy to set up. Just plug it in. But that's all it can do!
What's not so great: Performance, expensive, tons of static, doesn't work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought this transmitter and I love it. The only thing I would change is having a stand that came with it. Your ipod either is hanging or if you set your ipod on dash or in cup holder, it bounces and causes scratches on your ipod. My solution to fix that was to just allow it to hang to avoid scratches. My boyfriend went on a trip with this product and there was little to no static.
What's great about it: The music comes in crystal clear... Not once have I had static. Smart scan helps find the best station to play the music
What's not so great: The cord seems to get in the way. It would be nicer if it came with a stand so your ipod isn't dangling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this item about 3 months ago and about a month ago it stopped charging my ipod and now it doesn't work at all! Do Not Buy This!!!!!
What's great about it: I purchased at cheap price
What's not so great: lasted 3 months!

Bought at cheaper price and got what i paid for! Claims to find the clearest channel but just simply didnt. DO NOT BUY IF LIVING IN A METRO AREA!

I find it very easy yo us and overall a good product.
What's great about it: It is very clear compare to other FM Transmitter
What's not so great: The fact that you can not lock in your station on it so the small touch moves the station
I would recommend this to a friend!
