I bought this product because I as looking for something that would charge my ipod touch in addition to playing it over the radio. My work truck is a very basic model and doesn't have any type of axillary ports to plug my ipod into. I could have bought the basic model that just had the FM transmitter, but I knew I would use this product quite a bit, so I might as well get a product that charges as well! I have a first generation Ipod touch, so the program that comes with this item cannot be used due to my processing system. Because of this I consistently have to change the radio station to receive a good signal as I drive all over the state.

The product is great, easy to use and you can charge you phone while playing music, all in one cord. It's only hard to find a station that will playback your music good. Griffin has a guide somewhere online for a per-location basis of the "best" radio stations to use for the area. It sort of helped.
