Old reliable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I accidentally broke my inner crock, I was so upset, I cried. My son ran out and got me a replacement right away. I own 4 of varying sizes, but this one is my fave. I have a large family, and leftovers are a bonus. :)

lid moves around does not seal

the lid does not seal therefore it can not truly keep in the juices and when it boils as it tends to do it evaporates the liquid and burns the food

Hey there, justyn! Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Please be advised that the lid is supposed to sit a little loose on your stoneware. This allows a small amount of steam to escape in order to ensure too much pressure does not build up inside the unit so that the food is not overcooked. We also do recommend that you always fill your slow cooker 1/2 - 3/4 of the way full, including at least one cup of liquid or sauce. This will prevent the food from drying out and burning. There should be no concern if you see a small gap between your lid and the crock itself. This is a deliberate design choice. Little Red Crock Pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received a Classic Crock pot in red as a gift. We have used it for many years and loved everyday with it. Yesterday was its last day. Leaked on the counter and could not go any longer. We have ordered a new one already. Quality product for reasonable price.

Too hot and burnt my overnight oats on low temp.

Not too thrilled to wake up to a part of my overnight steal cut oatmeal Burnt to a crisp on one side and undercooked on the other.
And I agree what other reviews say about this thing cooking way too hot for low temp. It boils the food.

Lid shattered

Less then a year old and the lid shattered after taking it out of the dishwasher. Never had that to happen before.
