Great game, even after being the 3rd

First of all, I am a born and bred Nintendo player. I own all of the previous Super Smash titles and have always been an avid fan of these games. Brawl did not let me down, the characters, items, levels, adventure mode, and brawl mode were all very original and satisfying.
My only disappointment was that it is hard to master playing this game without a gamecube controller. I personally was hoping for a more interactive game (like Zelda Twilight Princess, where shaking the controller slashes your sword and you aim your bow by pointing your Wiimote at the screen)
Overall, I would recommend this to any person of any age, it's a great asset to any Nintendo collection. Brawl is fun to play if you have a few buddies over, or through the adventure mode by yourself. It's a great buy!!!
What's great about it: Brawl takes advantage of the Wii's online capabilities, so you play your friends even if you aren't in the same house!!
What's not so great: This game did not fully take advantage of the interactive nature of the Wii console
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is an awesome game it is action packed and full of fun.... every day i have my friends over and a lot of times we end up playing this....
What's great about it: fun, good graphics
What's not so great: none
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great continuation of the series

This is a great continuation to the SSBros series, especially with the addition of characters like Solid Snake and Sonic. The solo game is a ton of fun to play, although it is quite lengthy compared to previous games. Also, my only concern here is it is difficult to play multiplayer with 4 people because of the amount of background action in each level. Overall a great purchase.
What's great about it: New characters, great solo game
What's not so great: Too much going on in multiplayer
I would recommend this to a friend!

SynopsisThey may look cute, but there's nothing nice about the characters in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This fighting frenzy will have you inflicting painful KO's on familiar opponents you thought were your friends. Take your frustrations out on Link, Mario and other characters from throughout the gaming world. Shoot spaceships out of the sky in the Lylat System from the Star Fox games and deal out killer blows in Rumble Falls based on the look and feel of Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat. Hit opponent after opponent to build up your damage meter, then knock your enemies clear off the screen. Rely on weapons that are silly but very effective, such as banana peels, pitfalls, gooey bombs and many more. Hurl old-school crates and barrels or select from Assist Trophies and Poke Balls to strike fear in the hearts of your foes. Combine Standard, Strong and Smash attacks to bash your way to victory. There are so many ways to smash, you'll get lost in the melees for hours on end.

this game you will never want to drop.it is so much fun and all the new features like final smash make this game even better. it would make you wantg to play as every charater. and with new characters like snake it make you want to play even more.SSBB fan 4 life!!!!
What's great about it: you will never want to stop playing, gret graphics, great storyline

One of the best Wii games

This game is one of the best available for the wii. It has many unlockables and hundreds of hours worth of multiplayer battle options. This game will keep you playing long after you beat it - a great amount of fun for $50.
What's great about it: great multiplayer, new adventure mode, better than older versions

Highlight of Wii Games in '08

This game is definitely a game for all gamers. You can choose if you want to use the wii remote w/ or w/ out nunchuck, classic controller, or game cube controller(recommended for beginners). Many game modes, including story(play levels) classic(battle pre-chosen opponents) and more unlockables. Different diffiiculty levels for advanced or beginners. My favorite feature is Wi-Fi. You can show off to anyone in regular brawls or team. Many characters including:
Mario Cast
Legend of Zelda
Kirby squad
Pokemon
and many more that can be unlocked
What's great about it: Many characters, a touch of older versions, awesome power ups, and improved graphics
What's not so great: None
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Game Worth the 50 dollars. I would say the best game for the wii since the wii was released.
