We are a family of 7 and it is very important for me as a mom to have ready to eat meals at all times and if I don’t have the time to pop it one microwave I feel comfortable letting my kids do it themselves

The microwave is excellent in all aspect except for the small numbers and options panel. It is too small and does not light up like the clock panel. This makes it very had to select the option you want.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The oven is ok, but we have had an open hole in our cabinet because we have been waiting 3 months for the trim kit.

Easy to use and program. Easy to install in built-in. Works both as microwave and induction cooking. The sensor works well to check for doneness.

This was the only appliance we had while our kitchen was being remodeled and we didn't want to go out to eat all meals. We were able to have baked meals with the convection, broiled, and microwaved items. This was a lifesaver as far as cooking (even if the meals were cooked in the laundry room!)

We love that we now have a second oven. We are only two people and now don’t have to heat up our larger oven for our meals. So convenient!
