Two ovens in one!

I bought this to replace an older Sharp brand microwave/convection oven I had for 14 years. I was in a bind, with the holidays coming up and the appliance store near me had one in stock! So far, I am very impressed with its ease of use, well written directions and the overall performance of the product!

Great customer service, microwave, not so much...

Product was installed yesterday and was defective out of the box. Turntable does not turn and micro heating runs but does not heat. Customer service has been very responsive thus far, and a tech is coming out 5/24. I will update this review after the tech does his/her thing, but not happy with the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some of the numbers on the clock don't work as well as the numbers to use for specific times to heat
