It’s a very basic microwave/convection. It has no reheat, turntable off or defrost. Didn’t really realize until installed and began to use. Definitely would not purchase again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, Very Good Product

Overall it is a good product. Features work well, easy to use. We have had GE for everything (Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwaves).
In this situation the "Humidity Sensor" failed in 6 weeks. Covered under Warranty. So, we rated a 3 instead of a 5.

Already broken. Do not recommend

Already broken. Will not heat. Have to replace after barely 5 years. Number display broke within 1 year. Do not recommend.

It is not possible to determine the product failure rate, lifespan, life expectancy, or life cycle of an appliance. There are many variables involved such as frequency of use, type of use, location of appliance, maintenance, etc.

Great with kiddo mess

I love how easy it is to keep clean; mess is an easy wipe up. The door is a little loud when closing and not having a handle we had to go through the proper way to open and close the microwave with the kiddos. So far so good!

Looks good but have had nothing but problems. First repair within a months, now the touchpad and display not functioning properly. Many of my neighbors have also complained about the quality of this unit as well.
