Top of the Line?

This top of the line microwave is disappointing. Our previous microwave, not top of line but same brand, was excellent. The new one is smaller, has less power thus takes longer to heat item. The inside walls are not smooth as in the previous one; the walls are shiny, chrome like material. Cooking times are much longer than previous model. The key pad doesn't light up, thus you have to be in a well lighted room to read the key panel. The key pad is easy to use. In-Stock models were low forcing us to select this model
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great microwave

I've been using this microwave for a few weeks now, and it's exceeded my expectations. The compact design fits perfectly in my kitchen, and the stainless steel exterior adds a modern touch. The control panel is intuitive, and the preset cooking options make it convenient for everyday use. The quick defrost feature has saved me a lot of time, and the microwave operates quietly. It's a reliable and efficient appliance that I would recommend to others.

Services requested included selection, purchase, delivery, and installation of appliances. Work accomplished exceeded my expectations.
A colossal team effort by Bruce, Brent, Brian, Dennis and other technicians.
Brian was patient as I labored through my selections of appliances desired.
Each technician has a photo op done and sent to client before their arrival…on time ready to work. Technicians took the time to explain services before and after job was completed. Work area was spotless when work completed…a job well done.
I am well pleased with services completed and highly recommend this group of individuals for any future appliances needs…cradle to grave plus needed repairs.
