Failed after 4 years

Nice looking microwave. Worked well enough until the control panel failed after only 4 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor appliacances

All appliances are horrible. I’ve only lived in my house 4 years and we have had problems with every appliance no joke!!

This is a first of having a microwave and convection oven combo. The convenience of having both is nice.

Design Issues

I am frustrated with several design and operation support issues. For example, having no light on the control panel means I must keep a flash light next to the oven so I can see what button to push. The support manual is next to useless explaining how to use the convection oven to bake, roast, broil. I have had to call the support line more than once and know I will need to do so again this weekend, given something that didn't work as expected when wanted to bake a pizza.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hate this product.Functions very difficult to read.Unit toooooooo sensitive.. blew fuse every time was used.Don't care for the wait period for unit to be usable a second time.I will take my previous conv/micro unit back in an instance
