Fine So Far . . .

. . . But we had to buy it to replace our other GE microwave that only lasted five years. Expensive repair a year ago and then it died. Sure hope this one lasts longer.

I'm so happy about this microwave. It has a great capacity. When I was looking for a microwave, I found that this is the best microwave, the capacity and functioning factors is great!

Very disappointed! Stopped working in 2 years

Not what I would expect from a GE Profile appliance. Stopped working in 2 years. The table inside turns when the door is open and does not turn when closed and heating. Stopped heating up allltogether after malfunction. Thought this was a quality product!

Ditto another review...looks nice, didn't last

Like another reviewer wrote, the control panel went out after about 2.5 years. I used it for about 3 weeks with only the 30sec and 1 min buttons. Then everything died, only vertical dashes in the display. I had this installed to look like a built-in. Now I have to disassemble and see if I can find a replacement that's about the same size, so I can reuse the front frame.

I don't think I am that dense but it seems like the manual is not very clear. Just seems like it could include a lot more information to make it a little easier to run all it's special features. I just seem to run it by cooking times I used with my old microwave. Not impressed, just frustrated with a new product that I don't feel is very easy to run.
