Good microwave, poor convection oven

Microwave function is just fine, but the convection function is not. I set the temperature to 375 for example but three different oven thermometers show the temperature reaching only around 330. I had a service call placed to have this problem fixed and it was decided to replace three parts. It took about 3 months for the parts to arrive and another week to get the install scheduled. Once the parts were installed the heating element/fan unit made a very loud scraping noise so the old unit was put back in and the tech left. Still doesn't work right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid microwave

I bought this microwave to replace a GE microwave I had and loved for 7 years. I like this microwave just as well but must admit I miss the dial feature of my old microwave. This microwave has more features. I really like having the ability to cook different sized products (ex: popcorn bags) simply by choosing a number relating to the size. I also love the stainless steel interior, easier to keep clean.

We have only had this one week. Has a hearing element on top for browning. Have not used any function other than microwave feature. Anxious to use the convection oven feature.

I love that there is a 30 second one touch button for heating coffee etc. The microwave is very simple to operate and user friendly.

The variety of ways that I can cook with this small appliance is amazing! I purchased it for an extra "small oven" to have when cooking in my large oven at a particular temperature. But I can also use it as a microwave and broiler as well....The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it doesn't brown toast!!
