Four touchpad numbers stop working

Several weeks before one year warranty was up, the numbers 1, 4, 5 and 6 stopped working. Unfortunately, with things going on at home, I did not get to contact for service under warranty. I can’t recommend this microwave since this happened.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a GE Profile Microwave/Convection Browning oven from 1984. Very good product, however the touch screen for the clock/microwave portion quit working after 37 years!! The convection part still works. This new oven has the very similar/same features but with a smaller, more light weight case and with about the same size interior. Very nice. Happy.

I bought this GE Profile convection/microwave to replace an earlier version of the same oven that had lasted for over 14 years. The old oven was great, and I am looking forward to wonderful performance by this replacement.

Stopped working after 5 years

Worked fine until the warranty ended. Now it stops working intermittently. Will not cook baked potatoes. Microwave gets too hot and shuts down.

Bad Idea

We used it 1st time I had trouble seeing buttons! I could not change temp. On oven That buttons not working then the rubber in the door is moving down into view of window. 2 years the 30 sec. button quit and now 3 years of use and heat is making outside Hot! I got burnt. Other buttons don’t work on it now too
