Broken after 2 years

I bought this new. After 2 years, the LED display lost 2 segments. See picture. Today, upon opening the microwave door, the turntable starts to rotate. I judge this unit to be manufactured poorly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We first recommend disconnecting power to your unit for 2-3 minutes to reset the controls. If the problem persists, we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. Cheaply made for the price . Both the convection and microwave functions perform as expected. Door is not of smooth operation and unit is very noisy. I strongly suggest using a case as the cabinet becomes hot during convection mode especially on top.

I bought this same microwave 18 years ago and it served me so well I was glad to see you still have it and so I purchased it again :) However, the number buttons on this updated model don't light up at night which is an inconvenience to either put on an overhead ceiling light or use a flash light; seems to be a step backwards :(
