This dehumidifier only last for one season. Very disappointed.

The construction of humidity sensor need improve.

The design of humidity control panel/sensor need to improve. The humidity sensor suppose to sense the actual humidity of the environment surround the dehumidifier. In fact the senor just keep checking the humidity inside the dehumidifier. As a result the compressor keep turning on even the environment humidity is low. This problem could cause the life span of the dehumidifier much shorter than it suppose to be. one possible solution could be make some holes on the surface of the control panel so the senor can actually sense the outside humidity better.

Quiet, Powerfull, efficient!

My basement is now very dry and no odors from moisture! I have a hose connected to drain it into my sump pump, so I leave it unattended. I do rinse out the filter now and again and that's it! It seems to also be easy on the electric costs of operation. Truly a product of good quality and value!
