Quiet & does the job

This dehumidifier has made a world of difference in our musty basement. The musty odor that actually wafted through our vents to our main level is gone. Set the humidity level & let it drain into our basement drain.

Despite a few mixed reviews, I bought this unit and am very happy with it so far. It's relatively quiet, and pulls more water out of the air than I imagined.

Works Great

I purchased this model to remove humidity from my basement. After looking at others reviewing this model I decided to give it a try. It was at 80% humidity and this quickly brought it down to 60%. I'm still working to figure out exactly where I want the humidity level to be at but this seems to be able to get it there no matter what I set it to. This dehumidifier is a workhorse. It runs a lot and removes a full bucket of water every 4 hours (It gets very humid in the basement where I live very fast). I've since hooked up a hose to the back of it so I don't have to continually drain it. It's easy to clean the filter and doesn't require much maintenance at all.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and so far it is working like a charm! I am using it in my basement and it has made a world of difference. I conducted a lot of research prior to buying a dehumidifier and this particular model was top-rated. As of now, I am very pleased with the purchase!

I just wish there was a programmable mode so I could set it to a set schedule each day. Now I have to walk down the basement and set it for 4 hours on the timer.

I bought this product two years ago. I keep aquariums and my apartment tends to become humid quickly in Michigan winters. Typically, I run it all winter to help take moisture out of the air. It has developed a loud ratting noise this past year, which is pretty annoying. If you hit the machine, it stops the sound for a brief period of time and then starts right up again. Other than the noise, I am completely happy with my purchase.

I bought this product a few months ago and it is working fine and keeping my basement dry. I like the looks of it and the fact that I was easy to connect a hose to it so that the water collected can go into my sump pump.

Excellent Unit with Exceptional Customer Service

I have purchased two of these units based upon the performance of the first one I purchased. Granted I had a mechanical issue with the first one and customer service took care of the problem promptly. I like this unit because it does not run continuously like another brand I have purchase in the past. Highly recommend this unit.
