The dehumidifier works well so far. I've had four of these dehumidifiers and none has lasted longer than 2 years.

I bought this dehumidifier for my basement. It has worked flawlessly. I bought this model based on reviews and they were certainly correct.

Problems already!

The machine I bought does not seem to stop when it reaches the set humidity level, probably because the fan keeps going. At this rate, the new machine will last less than the 1.5 summers the previous 70L Frigidaire did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product!

Runs quiet, puts off very little heat and easy to get running right out of the box. I have a hose connected to it running the water to a drain in my basement. Never empty the bucket. Filter has easy access for cleaning.

First one went belly up after 2 months. Some EC code that wouldn't clear. Wasn't power starved. It was on its own 20 amp circuit. Hope this one lasts a lot longer. Works great when they keep going.
