I had it less than a week when the handle inside the unit disconnected from the bucket. I contacted Frigidaire and they sent me a new bucket but told me I needed to hold the bucket by the bottom. I am now holding the bucket that way and it is fine. I do find the bucket when full is heavy because of holding it from the bottom so I empty it before it is full.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have always been satisfied with Frigidaire appliances and their customer service team. This dehumidifier works well, extracts moisture efficiently in our basement area.
It is comfortable during humid days to use our exercise equipment, do laundry, fix items etc.
Believe this Frigidaire also keeps all our pantry item food fresher and stored items protected as well.

Makes the Basement area very Comfortable

This unit keeps the humidity low in the sleeping area of the basement apartment and make the area very comfortable even during the 90 degree plus days of July. Excellent Unit.

I will be able to give a more comprehensive review after we have had this dehumidifier for more than a year. Right now, less than 6 months after purchase, it is working as advertised and we are happy with the ease of operation and its ability to maintain a constant humidity.

Works like advertised. With all the rain we've had in the mid west our basement has been extra muggy and the unit was forced to work overtime and has held up like a champ.

We bought this for our basement that had issues with dampness, etc. This works really good and seems to be solving the problem I am very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it.
