Removes a lot of humidity

I bought this unit several weeks ago and it continues to pull humidity out of our finished basement at the rate of 2 containers per day. We connected the hose attachment to keep it going. We're surprised how much water it pulls. Quieter than other units we've owned in the past.

We purchased this unit online and couldn't be happier with its quite, effective performance. Our 900 sq. ft. basement living area is now dry and comfortable.

I purchased this approximately 3 months ago for my 2nd home in Florida.
I keep it running while I'm away to prevent any moisture developing in the house. I have it direct draining so no buckets need to be emptied.

Best dehumidifier I've had in years!

After reading a lot of reviews, I decided on this one. The last one was a GE that never really worked all that great and lasted a little over one year...so the warranty had expired. I have a large basement, I installed this on 7-9-15 in the afternoon and by 7-10-15 at 5:00pm the humidity was down to 47%. It is working great! I did by an extended warranty on this one since the last 2 dehumidifiers "died" shortly after the
warranty expired. I have great expectations for this one. It's been not quite 2 months and it's still working great! If it fails, I'll update my review since I've learned from other people's reviews, they are very helpful!

Works well. Unit turns off (and fan stops) when dialed in humidity is reached. I have a different older unit in which the compressor may turn off but the fan keeps going - not efficient.

So Far So Good

We've had this running for over a month now with no issues whatsoever. No leaks, no frozen condenser. It seems very quiet to us, but it's in our lower level and not where we spend most of our time. I'm hoping this will last a long, long time.

Very good dehumidifier but.......

Very satisfied with operation of unit but had a problem with the bucket. A design flaw allows the bucket to be pushed in with the handle partially up. When this happens the bucket cannot be removed. I had to,turn the unit on its side and work with a rod to move the handle so it would lay flat. I have altered the handle so this cannot happen again. So I,m good now but make sure the handle is flat before you replace the bucket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
