Really great dehumidifier

Have had this since end of May 2015, it removed the dampness of the basement quickly.

I reviewed and researched most of the brands of dehumidifiers out there. The Frigidaire kept coming up recommended. I thought I would give it a try...I works wonderful. it is fairly quiet, could be quieter. My only complaint would be the cord. It isn't close to long enough and you cannot use an extension. If it you don't have room directly on top of an outlet...you're in a predicament. I would certainly recommend this appliance, however the cord issue needs to be addressed ASAP. It is a long standing issues with past customers as well. It is a little flimsy and all plastic, so I get nervous taking the container out when full and getting it placed properly back in. It seems as though it could easily chip or crack. But these are all features I can live with. I would buy another. I hope Frigidaire addresses the cord problem because it is annoying; and it seems logical do-able

Great Drying Power
