Have a hose hooked up to a drain and it has been working great and keeping the humidity level at a constant low percentage. Not overly loud.

Best Dehumidifier I've Ever Owned!

I have used this Humidifier for several months and it works better and quieter than any of my previous ones did. I look forward to being satisfied with it's longevity.

Poorly design handle on the water container. It falls right out of your hand and breaks.

Clean and simple

The setup is easy. The dehumidification is effective and consistent. Cleaning the "trap" periodically has been a no brainer. My main concern is that because I do not have a drain lower than water collection bin, I must empty the bin daily. Otherwise, it's a great process and very effective at keeping the basement dry.

Dependable Workhorse!

Has been running for 2 months now. It is a champ in my 800 ft2 basement. It is a solid unit and so far is mechanically sound.
