Quiet and Efficient

Runs much more quiet than our previous dehumidifier and pumps out water by the gallon. Perfect appliance for our basement quarters.

Bought this just in time for the humid summer we just had. Went with Consumer reports for help picking this out. Very Happy with it so far.

Stops working after one year

This is the third Frigidaire dehumidifier in three years. Each one has stopped working after one year. Dehumidifiers should last 8 to 9 years. The current model gets the "EC" error code. There is no place near me to repair it, and I hear the repairs may cost about half what I paid for the unit. I'll be buying a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At 90 Days and still happy

We rarely find a dehumidifier that isn't too loud or does as it is advertised. No problem with installation and we hook to an outside drain line. We like!

Great dehumidifier

I bought the Frigidaire 70 pt dehumidifier several months ago and am very pleased with it. It runs quieter than our previous one by a different manufacturer , which only lasted 2 yrs. So far I like the Frigidaire very much.

After a very simple set up - we have it draining into a floor drain - I hardly think about it other than to be pleased with the hmary umidity readings in the space.

Keep the basement dry

I bought two for the basement . I thought they would keep humility below 55% but they're struggling to maintain that. We have we have not have a lot of rain during the summer
