Purchase it for my house, specific - basement. Kept on having to empty the bin and the handle feel off, but warranty took care of that and sent me a new bin. Now, I elevate the unit and have a hose attached to have it drain to the sink automatically year round.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but not great

The really pulls the moisture out of the air no problem there. What I do not like is the heat this things throws off, I don't know for sure what they mean by cool operation but this raise the temp 6-8 degrees in my lower level. During the winter this would be great but during the winter I won't need t run as often. Other than the heat issue it works pretty darn good.

We got ours about 7/23/15. It works great in our basement. The noise is greater than previous units we had owned, but it is not distracting since we do not have a finished basement in which to sit around. Other brands have eventually failed, so we purchased the extended warranty for this one.

REPLACED MY OLD UNIT. MUCH QUIETER AND AND WORKS VERY WELL. BUCKET EASY TO USE, HANDLE INCLUDED.
