Good machine until it stops working

I bought it and it lasted for 6 months other than it seems to be a good dehumidifier

This dehumidifier is workhorse. It removes water from the air quickly and efficiently. Also, very handy to have it turn off automatically when full.

Compressor failures but great customer service

I have owned two of these, the compressor has failed in both. Customer service has handled the issue last both times however. Although they are a risk so long a las customer service keeps up, I'll buy another.

Works great!!!!

I bought this almost 3 months ago and it working perfectly. I had not noticed that my old dehumidifier had broken and mold was beginning to grow in the basement. Luckily it was superficial and I was able to wipe it off. Our door frames had also swollen and did not allow the doors to close due to the humidity. This machine cleared up all of the humidity we were experiencing. It is a very nice looking unit and I am glad I chose this one.
