Great little unit

This is a great little unit that is easy to install and does exactly what is says it will do. I connected this to a permanent drain with a separate hose i bought and it works great. Quiet and smooth operation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Big Momma drys out basement quickly

I bought this one to replace 2 smaller units (they only last about 5 years). Was only slightly more expensive than a smaller unit but twice the size.
Works great so far. Great warranty too.

We had had the same model for 3 years,but it stopped working. I called to find out where to have it repaired and was set for a full refund. So, we were so happy with that we bought the same model again. It's quite and does a great job in controlling the humidity in our 1000 sq ft basement.

Works well. Best used on carpet not tile or wood floor as unit vibrates and can be noisy.

Excellent piece of equipment

I bought this three months ago and it works so better than I had hoped for. The water drain does not leak and it is easy to install a hose. The humidity settings give me a lot of flexibility for how much I need to dry out my 1200 sq. foot basement. Some reviews said the machine was a bit loud but it is perfectly quiet for our uses. The body of the unit it very solid and was made to last.
