I live in Florida in a 42 year old frame house and the humidity is very high at times. This product does everything I wanted and expected it to do and more. It takes out 4 gallons of humidity (water) a day! Great relief for allergies. Fantastic ! If I would suggest an improvement to this product it would be the control panel. On or Off switch sticks sometimes and I believe a more durable panel would be in order.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After several months of operation, this unit maintains a constant humidity without running almost constantly, as my previous unit did. It certainly will be more economical to operate.

The Dehumidifier works good but I have to guess and /or figure out the real displaying numbers due to a malfunction that the screen might have.

Works well when it does, otherwise leaks water into the back of the unit, and not into the bucket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
