Easy to operate!

We had recently purchased another home which sat empty for more than a year. The basement had the old paneling and drop ceiling with signs of moisture damage throughout along with that awful musty odor!! This dehumidifier did the trick of removing every bit of moisture from the air. We simply set the controls and let it do its job. Loved the washable filter and overall ease of use. We read all the reviews and chose this Frigidaire model and are totally satisfied. Money well spent!!

Stopped working after 13 months.

Worked great....for 13 months - then stopped working :(
Unit will run but does not collect water. I get an error code (EC) which is not listed in the manual. I called several local repair shops and was told it is better to buy a new one rather than trying to repair this one.

Love the fact that I can use it in the winter. In the past dehumidifier would freeze in the cold weather.

Great product

I bought this dehumidifier to replace another brand dehumidifier for my basement. This unit is quieter, easier to remove and clean the filter and remove and empty the water collectio bucket. I have checked the humidity throughout my basement and it is consistently the same throughout. I highly recommend this unit, especially for larger basements.

Disappointed!

I bought this model in the spring but within a month or two it just stopped removing moisture from the air. The motor continued to run but no water collected. Returning it.
