This seems to be working just fine. I would give it 5 stars but I am apprehensive of it lasting beyond the warranty. My previous dehumidifiers have all died immediately after the warranty expired and the repair man says that the way they are all made these days they cannot be repaired.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought our Frigidaire after having an equally expensive dehumidifier we hated! We purchased the other one simply because they had it in the store and the Frigidaire has to be ordered! Coming from the experience of having one that never worked properly to the Frigidaire which works like a dream has been wonderful! I would highly recommend a Frigidaire dehumidifier. It is worth waiting to get the better product. Lesson learned!

I bought this late spring/early summer when we had rain and our basement became too humid. We had mold remediation when we moved into the house and I didn't want a repeat experience. I purchased a humidity gauge to check levels and could absolutely see and feel the difference in a day. I'm glad I purchased the larger unit because we really needed it. At first, we had to empty the reservoir frequently, then it tapered off in fall and winter. This was probably the smartest item I bought for the home this year.

Wow, much better than I expected.
I have 2500 feet basement and now it is dry as a bone.

I bought this unit last summer. It runs greats. I would have like a higher capacity tank, because I do not have a floor drain in our basement and we have to empty is twice a day. The dehumidifer runs great though.
