So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought two for our basement. It's a little awkward to empty, but we like how much water it takes out of the air per day. We also like the alert to check the filter. Rolls easily. Easy to rinse filter. Good product.

JUNK - This is my third unit in three years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They honor the warranty and provide me new units but I have yet to have one last more than a year. I have to pay to dispose of the old ones as cities and towns charge to remove dehumidifiers.

Works when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on my third unit. The first one was subject to a recall where I received a $90 credit to purchase a replacement. That one lasted two seasons before going belly up and was replaced at no charge by Frigidaire, which not to say there was no inconvenience. Here's hoping this one lasts for awhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Free Replacement product of older model that was still under warranty. Very happy with the easy Replacement of my older product that went bad just before the warranty expired and Frigidaire honored their warranty on this product without question. Will definitely consider more Frigidaire products in the future.
