The bucket of this dehumidifier was damaged at arrival. I called Frigidaire and they promptly sent me a replacement part. Great customer service.

I've been running the machine for about 4 months and have not had any issues. You can either use the bucket or hook up a drain hose.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We discovered signs of moisture damage in the basement, from condensation. We added this dehumidifier, and the problem is much better. Nice that it can be drained via a garden hose; mine drains directly into the sump.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frigidaire makes a good product

A mold expert recommended to me to buy a GOOD unit, one that can really suck the moisture out of the air. The Frigidaire DOES that, and does it well. Simply select more dry or less dry with the digital control.

Unfortunately this is our third in four years. It works great and the humidity level is very responsive. I have compared to what I consider a reliable gauge and it has been very accurate. Unfortunately the first one only lasted a couple of years and the second one less than a year. Thanks to the five year warranty they were both repurchased.
