Great product and customer support

This is my third unit. The first one had issues after 3-years but Fridgidair stood behind the product and replaced it. I have 2-homes and have one on each with no problems with either one.

I had two of these running in my 1300 sq-ft house to bring down the humidity after the California rains this past winter. WOW! They just sucked the moisture out. I was expecting an electricity bill that was through the roof but I was very happily surprised when my bill eventually arrived as it was WAY lower than I thought. These are really energy efficient units.

Works great. The fan is a little loud but OK, since it is in a utility room. I have tried several different brands and they all seem to have issues with the sealed system slowly leaking out. I hope this one lasts longer.

I purchased this model to replace a very old dehumidifier that I had. OMG - this machine is worth its weight in gold. I am amazed as to how much water it pulls out of the air. I would purchase it again in a New York Minute.....
