Very user friendly. Out of the box plug and go, I hooked a water house up for continuous drain feature

This is my second one of these. The first one had a critical failure within the first six months I owned the unit. To Frigidaire's credit, they did buy back the unit at full retail price. So, I am giving this one more chance. Overall, I really like the unit. It dried out our damp basement in just a few days, and has kept it that way since. It is very easy to hook a drain hose up, and the controls are basically idiot proof. It looks nice, and is actually pretty quiet. If it lasts a while, I will probably bumb my rating up a star...or two.

Bought this 1 month ago. So far it has worked great. This unit removes all dampness and odors. Much more quiet than one of the high priced models I owned previous to this one that only lasted 5 years. Only time will tell on longevity but as of right now I'm very pleased with my purchase.

It dried our basement in no time during the initial run period and there is no longer that musty smell. It is now maintaining a set level humidity.
