This unit is a workhorse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used both with and without a hose attached and it works great. Only downside I see is that the hose connection is plastic so over time this would seem to wear out. Try to minimize connecting/reconnecting a hose and you should be ok. Make sure to screw tight or it leaks. But not too tight or the plastic threads may strip. I previously had a Frigidaire dehumidifier that lasted over 10 years.

Great capacity to pull moisture fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our water heater leaked and partially flooded our basement. My old dehumidifier ran but no longer pulled moisture. Bought this high capacity unit and it worked extremely well to pull the moisture from the air and dry our wet carpet quickly. Thank you!
