Keeps the basement dry. Does use a lot of electricity and the humidastat is off.

Reliable!

I bought this for a damp basement where the humidity tends to stay aroun 85%. This unit does a great job keeping everything at a very comfortable 50%. Like clockwork, I empty it once every 24 hours and it keeps the basement from smelling musty. Great item!

Effective dehumidifier

We bought this a few months ago. We use it in the basement. It has definitely lowered the humidity. The compresser cycles off and on to save energy.

Long Lasting

This is the only dehumidifier that lasts for longer then 2 years. This is my second one and the first lasted 5 years. Works really well. I use it in my basement.

easy to operate

This humidifier was so easy to set up. I ran a hose from the tank to a drain and it never need to be emptied. Runs quiet and the humidity settings are easy to understand. It even lets me know when to clean the filter.
I would recommend this to a friend!
