Great quality and quiet

it works pretty great, and makes almost zero noise. also It's easy to empty bucket. I have actually purchase hose to connect with it and i use water for gardening. i use this for about 1200+ sqft basement and it works pretty well. I have been using it for over a month now. And it's very easy to operate. hassle free and easy to move.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product for about a month now in my basement. It has made a dramatic difference. It was very humid in the basement (upwards of 50%), and after running the product on constant for a couple weeks the humidity is reading 30%. To clarify, It doesn't run constantly, only to the input setting you choose, then auto-off. However, once it got the humidity down to 35% it has ran very little and the humidity read-out is 30% for over a week now. I would recommend the product for anyone dehumidifying a large area. Other notes are easy to clean filter, hose attachment, the auto features, and I was impressed with the build quality. Very sturdy with wheels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased one of these for a wet basement. Arrived quickly and packaged well. "Error Code" came on and stayed on. Unit was replaced relatively quickly after following their instructions. Second one arrived and after running continuously in my damp basement for 5 days, not a drop of water was removed by the replacement unit. I am asking Frigidaire for a complete refund.
These are well built units with solid feeling construction. I am attributing this to a bad batch or something.

We apologize for any matters you have experienced with your previous dehumidifier and current dehumidifier. Some tips that can alleviate your concern with your dehumidifier not removing moisture, is to ensure the humidity setting, RH%, is low enough to actually produce water. The lowest setting most units can reach is 35% Also, if you are using an air conditioner in the same space as the dehumidifier, then the air conditioner is likely already dehumidifying the air and the dehumidifier will not remove additional moisture. Lastly, most dehumidifiers will not pull moisture out of a cool area that is 41ºF or colder.

Handles the steam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to maintain humidity levels in our spa room (hot tub). Its doing a good job, removing almost a half gallon after every session in the tub, usually 30 minutes. Considering the amount of steam that's emitted our room would be soaked in moisture but this unit takes care of that problem. I can recommend this dehumidifier.
