It took a month to dry out my basement. But it is dry and Oder free from then on. Easy to use. Set it and forget it.

My wife has been after me for years to put a dehumidifier in the cellar. After lots of research on different units we settled on this one. After only about a month of use the stale and musty smell in the cellar is much better! Happy Wife happy life!!!!

Have an issue in my basement, kept this on continuous for a few days, no musty smell anymore. Have the humidity set at 45 which is perfect. Originally, was emptying it out but purchased a hose, now empties right into my sump pump! Great Job would urge you to purchase this one!

We purchased two of these & very disappointed.

We purchased two of these dehumidifiers and remain very disappointed. We connected hoses to each... yet the internal buckets continue to fill with water in the CO mode. Terrible!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
