Yes I keep buying this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using two units in my 3700' house since 2013. They work just fine. the last one I got is a little bit louder on start-up . I lasted 4 years. two of them 2 years one of them 1 year. So I buy them local with extended warranty and have only paid for 3 units in the last 7 years.. I've only had one damage claim for water leakage on floor and it was handled to my satisfaction. So I keep using these, doubt there is anything any better anyways.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier works great, pulls a lot of moisture from the air & keeps the basement very dry. Easy to operate, easy to empty & very easy to keep clean. The filter is very easy to get at & keep clean as well which extends the life of the machine & helps it to work more efficiently. This is the best dehumidifier on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to set up. Is dehumidifying better than my old one, is quiet. Its a little difficult to empty, as the container gets a little too full before it turns off. But all in all I'm really impressed.

What a work Horse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Florida and humidity is always very high in the summer months. This baby draws lots water out of the air at two buckets full a day!!!! Pretty quiet, too. The water tank is easy to remove and dump out, no mess!! Definitely recommend!!

Stopped working soon after we bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was but a few months and it stopped collecting water and kept registering a code and no matter whether we rebooted it or unplugged and replugged it still did not work. Working now to get a replacement.

I bought 4 of the same dehumidifiers some for our home and one for a gift and all of them broke within either 12-24 months of purchase

Great (until it acted up)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still giving it a five star because the item itself worked so well! But within less than two months it’s normal noise changed and it was blowing hot hair and not keeping the humidity down. I reached out to fridgedaire about this issue since the manufacturer warranty is still good and they found every reason to try and make this sound normal. Uhhhh... no I don’t think so.
