Great Dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifier when my I realized my old one was running but wasn't doing anything. This Frigidaire unit was very reasonably priced, was very easy to get set up, and does a great job of keeping my basement dry. The unit is very quiet and efficient. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a less humid basement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this unit initially. But the coils cannot be cleaned. Its efficiency fell off a cliff after a year (because the coils were dirty), and my only recourse was to buy another. If a competitor produces something similar that can be cleaned, I'm going to jump ship in a heartbeat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new dehumidifier does a great job of ridding my basement of excess moisture! I was shocked at the amount of moisture it collects! My basement no longer has a musty odor, which has helped my allergies. The unit was priced reasonably and is so efficient!!

Great job of removing dampness room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only drawback is removing collection container to empty water. Hard to remove and handle seems to be weak and does not empty water neatly. Basket is also difficult to put back into main unite. Otherwise does a fine job to remove dampness from my family room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd dehumidifier in the 8 years living in this home. The last one (not a Frigidaire) only made it about three years. Obvious to me is that dehumidifiers just typically don't last very long. Hoping for more from this one. Runs strong and relatively quiet.
