Nice quiet unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit new from Amazon about a month ago. It has performed well and quietly. It's not dead silent, but since it is in the basement its noise level is fine. I like how the unit cycles on and off. I have some observations: 1) The "Clean Filter" light seems to come on after some period of runtime even though the filter is perfectly clean. 2) I can't tell any difference between the fan settings of low and high as far as air volume or noise. 3) I find it a little clunky to have to first remove the collection bin in order to remove and clean the filter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifiers are for the sound storage and control room of the Bosque River Stage.
Humidity, because we are an amphitheater that sits on the river, has been a terrible problem for our equipment.
But since we have these new humidifiers, the rooms have stayed dry and there is green grass where I dump the water.
And we flooded all year, to add to the moisture in the air.

Water Hog

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago to help out my air conditioner because its a bit old. Man I tell you this product has collected 70pints on humid days especially when we had tropical storms rolling through. In the past I had to run my air conditioning around 71 degrees during the summer and now I can run it at 74 and feel very comfortable. I works so well I bought the smaller version for our upstairs bonus room.

Does a great job of lowering humidity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifier about a month ago and it makes a great difference in the comfort of my home. It is a little noisy and puts out a fair amount of heat, so I put it in a room that is not used much. I have to empty the bucket two or three times a day, but I don't mind that. It has an adapter for draining, so I might set that up later.
I would recommend this to a friend!
