Unbearable Noise

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is normal for your appliance to make some sounds when in use, this is usually from the compressor turning on and pulling moisture from the air. Well designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago for our finished basement and it has brought the humidity under control as well as helping to warm it up a bit. Using a hose to continuously empty it which is convenient. So far it has been a good buy.

Replaces my 20 year dehumidifier
